It's not worth being fooled by Verizon's promotional offer. This company is totally fraudulent and its customer service representatives have no idea what they're doing. I switched to Verizon 5G home internet in January on a promotional offer, which included $200 in Target gift cards. My patience wore thin after numerous calls of more than 10. When I called customer service, they made a new story every time. In one case, they said that you would receive it in 2 weeks, in another, within 3 days, and in another case, they told me that your email was not verified. I spent 3 hours on the phone last time trying to resolve this, but at the end, I gave up, as each person, after listening to the problem, stated that he was not the right person. Having to forward this call to the appropriate department, I did this 4 times and hung up. So please do not fall victim to their promotional offer. I am planning to move back to Xfinity.
