Waited over 60 days got email and there is no tile saying home offers. Contacted Verizon supposedly escalated never received another email. Called weeks later said they would call me back to definitely resolve issue no phone call.

I received the confirmation email still no home offer tile. I had an escalation form filed and waited still nothing. I called 10 days after that was told to wait an additional 7 days and the person I spoke with would call me to resolve the issue. No one called  Now received an email stating my offer is going to expire if I dont claim it. There is still no way to claim it.

Now I received an email that my offer will expire if I dont claim it. I CANNOT CLAIM IT IF THERE IS NO PLACE TO CLAIM IT!!

Same thing happening to me!!! And no one can answer me when I call. I get passed around and no help.

Thank you. I have never received anything regarding the promotion I was offered when I signed up for my internet service. I am pretty bummed about it. I waited and waited, and no one has been able to help me. In fact, on person I talked to told me that he couldn’t find my information to verify that I even had service through Verizon. To which I said, then who have I been paying? He then passed me on to someone else, but I ended up getting the same department who couldn’t help me.
