I received the confirmation email still no home offer tile. I had an escalation form filed and waited still nothing. I called 10 days after that was told to wait an additional 7 days and the person I spoke with would call me to resolve the issue. No one called Now received an email stating my offer is going to expire if I dont claim it. There is still no way to claim it. Guess I have to keep posting till i get it fixed
The last thing we want is for you to miss out on this great deal. Are you able to redeem it from the email that was sent? If you're still having issues let us know.
