$200 rebate

I never received my rebate when switching phone services. I submitted everything within the time frame and it took them a long time to process it only to deny it. Now I have to pay off a “free” phone” and switch back to my old provider.

I have been to the store and talked to customer service three times—more than three hours of my life to get the 200, gift card promised for signing up for 5G Home—still nothing. 
I am beyond frustrated with ineptitude and deception.

I don’t see the Home Depot offer that I was offered and still can’t access. How is the information you provided supposed to help me. Furthermore, how can it be okay with you that I have invested so much time and effort to get this resolved? I had been a long time customer paying your higher prices and this is a deal breaker. 
Perhaps someone with the authority to resolve this issue should contact me. Just mail me the gift card. I keep paying with losing precious time for your mistakes. I am not taking the phone deal because I am not sure I can continue doing business with you.
