I got a call last month to try their 5G home internet free for 30 days. I was told try it out for free and if you are not satisfied just return it within 30 days no harm no foul.
I tried it out and found it wasn't for me. I called them 10 days later to cancel it and they told me i would have to keep it for 30 days to receive the "refund ". I was confused, why would there be a charge and a refund when this should've been a free trial.
I was told by the rep , i have been charged $80 and i have to keep for 30 days, then return it and they will refund me. This is very frustrating. I was on the call for an hour. I asked them over and over when i agreed to try it to make sure there will be no charge.. I have no idea whats going to happen when i call back in couple more weeks and if i'll be able to cancel it and get the refund
Just letting everyone know not to fall for this
