$400 Samsung Appliance Promotion

Well I guess add me to list of customers that have not received an email to redeem the promotion.  I've also talked with 8-10 reps that "escalate" the issue to no avail.  Last ticket number I was given doesn't even show up as active under support.  

Very happy with 5G home service and I'm glad I switched but I really want the appliance promotion.

Hopefully the squeaky wheel gets the grease as I reach out to support every day. lol.

Well I received my email with the promo code for the Samsung Appliance credit.  However when I try to use the code on homedepot.com it says the code is invalid.  Verizon rep suggested I try it at a store.  Not very convenient but I will try even though I'm sure it won't work.  He said that he created an escalation ticket.  lol.

I am in the same boat right now. I am working one my 6th rep right now that has "escalated" the ticket to no avail. Very disappointed as i have been with Verizon for 5 years and one of the main reasons i switched my internet to them was the coupon advertised.

Same issue here. Purchased the 5G Home Plus internet plan and was supposed to receive a $100 Verizon gift card and  $400 off Samsung appliances at Home Depot. I've talked to multiple support reps...they have all "escalated" the issue, but I still don't have my Samsung appliance promo code. Did anyone actually receive it and was able to use it?  Seems like false advertisement.  I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 20 years. Beyond frustrated.

switched to fios after 36 years of the same cable company. Called 3 times  in the last 3 months about the 400 dollar appliance credit, run around every time. The last time today I have to say was probably the most arrogant customer sales person I have ever dealt with. Guess it pretty much was a bogus promo

If you would like one to use today i will let mine go for checp. I haven't used it and decided on selling my house but would like to recoup something of the hundreds it costs to get three new devices and internet lol my number is 714-714-1604

Add me to the list also. I went through 12 agents, 6 dropped chats and spent 2 hours online with no resolution. Verizon has the worst customer service. If it’s not resolved tomorrow, I’m filing a complaint with the state attorney general.
