I got the email about three times to redeem my $50 Verizon gift card for adding the 5G home internet and went to the required page on the My Verizon app and it won't allow me to redeem .I've called Verizon and chatted with them on app. I've been told I'll get it in an email haven't seen anything yet can't do it on the app won't allow me to claim it.
