Just finished a Lengthy text conversation with Verizon. I signed up in May 2023 and promo for HD gift-card promised after waiting period. I was billed starting June for 5G. Over the last 6 months I have contacted them on numerous occasions and each time I was promised the gift-card but never recd link nor card. Well today I was told (1) that I didnโt activate 5G until Oct 13th and when that didnโt work because I have bills to prove Iโve paid since June (2) that the promo said to qualify I also had to add a line as well???. Iโve had my last conversation about this and regret having played the fool this long. They can write the gift card and my Business Off.
