5G Home Internet - RETURN Issues

I have been trying since February 2nd, when I went into a Vz Store to drop off the 5G box and was told they don't accept returns. I needed to call *611 for assistance... to get a label and box mailed. A week later, no label and no box. I called and was told, "we will mail it out". As of today, no box. I get online and tried the "Chat with a live agent" on line -- first "agent" could not help, I never got the email to "print label" told me to take it to UPS and then they escalated to another agent (Tier 2 support) and they could not provide help with a label to print, and told me to take it to UPS. UPS would not take the device without a return label. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can get this resolved?
This cannot be this difficult to get a return label. Do better Verizon.

This will make 7 times we have tried to return 5G internet to Verizon. Why is it so difficult to get a shipping label?? Why can't we print a shipping label on-line?? You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!

I'm sorry you've been having issues trying to get the return kit. It's frustating for us as well, as we want that process to work for you. Luckily we've got means to assist, and will be happy to help. I'm sending a Private Message so we can go look at this together.
