Verizon will not return the 214 dollars from my 5G Home internet trial. I returned my 5G Home internet within the 30 days, but they won't give me the money back. They first had delays getting the return box to me, and so they said once the return box and you give it back we will give the money. Now once I've returned it, they still refuse to give the money and say that it's been over 30 days since you got the equipment. I've been on the phone with them over 5 times, this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days, but there's still no refund issued.
For clarification, I was told this last Tuesday, so it has been 6 business days now.
