5G Home Internet Unreliable

Does anyone else experience unreliability of Home 5G? Any suggestions?

I have had Verizon 5G home internet for four months now. The first three were OK, not great, a little slow, but at least the service was mostly reliable. The last month has been the exact opposite. On average, we lose connectivity here 1-2 times a day completely losing internet to wifi and ethernet connected devices. Sometimes its for 5-10 minutes other times it is for several hours. Yes, I do the regular things unplug and plug it back in, chat or call to have the network connection reset. Sometimes this fixes the problem for a day or two, other times just for a few hours. I am at my wits end here. I WFH a few days a week and this is at the least annoying and at the worst embarrassing. If this keeps happening, I will have no other alternative then to switch services. I am old and hate change. Please don't make me change..... PLEASE HELP!!!

I have the same issue. Had to go through over 2 hours on the phone with tech support. Was good for a couple days. Today it has had to be rebooted 7 times already today. I left Spectrum because they were unreliable. Seems Iโ€™m still in the same boat.

Ser5150, we're sorry to read about the issues you've been experiencing with your 5G Home Internet device. We'd love to help you out, and find a solution. Please tell us, when did this first start? To clarify, does it happen during certain hours of the day or evening? What troubleshooting have you completed besides rebooting?

So, you are having issues with your Verizon 5G internet? Well, we all do! Read below!

Verizon 5G internet is very dependent on your signal strength. Do you know what router you have? Have you posted what router you have?
Well, that's very important for figuring out what your issue is. Would you post what device you have? It's on the sticker underneath your router.

Next, 5G signal strength is the next most important! And I do not mean the bars, I mean the DB signal strength your router is reporting.
Please post what those numbers are!
http://mynetworksettings.com/ usually will allow you to login to the router, unless you set up some IP passthrough or other configuration.
If you did, you need to be able to figure out how to login yourself. If you are unsure how to connect HTTP to your gateway, research.)

Once you login to your router, go to your status page, and there should be a 5G signal strength. Please post your signal strength, copy and paste.

The smaller the number, the stronger the strength. (-90 is better than -110db) - Does that make sense? I have experienced -110 or lower will cause issues.
My experience is going to be different than you from another tower, I do not live where you do.
