5G Home Internet WAN disconnecting approx once every 24hrs "connecting" under IPV4

My 5G home internet (cr1000a router and Verizon Receiver) was very reliable for 5 months.  Then it was disconnected for nonpayment briefly, and after we re-connected it, it goes down approx once every 24 hours or so but at random intervals.

If I reboot (via the admin control panel or hard power cycle) it comes back and lasts another day or few hours or so.

In the status panel, it says "Ipv4 connecting..." but also "ipv6 connected"

Verizon support is useless, they have not been able to do a single thing and the behavior has not changed at all.  I must have called a dozen times.

Any ideas?
