I am in San Francisco and recently switched from Comcast cable internet to Verizon 5G home plus. It appears to have been a big mistake. The internet service has decent speeds most of the time but frequently cuts out for no apparent reason. I often get dropped from work MS Teams calls, which is quite embarrasing, and constantly have to reconnect my work computer to the network, which has gotten really annoying.
The Verizon support team is utterly clueless and recommends solutions that they know will not work.
Verizon also never made good on the promotion of X Box X and $200 gift card despite my repeated inquiries.
Why doesn’t Verizon tell people that 5G home is not suitable for individuals working from home?
Why does Verizon not make good on the promotions they offer?
I have wasted so much time on this disasterous

Hello, Adam6900. We always want you to have only the best in service with us. Help is here. What is your zip code? When does the disconnection occur? Also, regarding your promotion, did you redeem the offer via My Verizon?
