When I upgraded to 5G Home internet in May of this year Verizon had a promotion for $200 Home Depot gift card or Xbox. I was told after I had the service for 90 days I would receive an email for the gift card. I have not received anything as promised. When I contact Verizon I get reps who know nothing or continue asking for more information. What’s going on? Does anyone at Verizon know???
