I currently have 5G Home Internet. My download speeds are good (50-150 Mbps), but upload speeds are abysmal (1-3 Mbps, often 0-1 Mbps).
I have considered getting business LTE home internet to get a fixed IP address.
I know my download speeds would be capped at 50-100 Mbps, but would my upload speeds improve with LTE? I need at least 5-7 Mbps to participate in Teams meetings. My wireless internet is used exclusively as failover WAN/backup internet.
Thanks!

I do not believe so.
What are your signal strengths when you login to the router?

4G LTE: -103.0
5G: -114
I'm tempted to buy a cell booster/amplifier to see if that helps.
