After noticing several outages, and reboots by the Gateway. I started to run network speed tests. No longer getting 300mbps, maybe 30mbps, but mostly 12mbps or less. I tried moving all around the house, using 5G compass, and still slow speeds. It was working fine for 6 months then just went super slow. Can I cancel?

Same. My internet was working great the past 8 months, but now it bottoms out all the time. Can't load apps on my phone. My youtube tv won't launch. It's terrible. I cut the cord with comcast for verizon, but I'm ready to go back. I couldn't watch any holiday movies with my family due to the slowness of the internet.

Shan12, I'm so sorry to hear that you're having problems with slow internet. We want to make sure you're getting the best speeds possible from your 5G Home and we're going to help you get things straightened out. What are your average download/upload speeds when connected? When do you notice speeds slowing down?

Thank you for the additional details. To get started, we would recommend rebooting your router, and leave it off for 3 minutes. Also, keep in mind that the number of devices can also affect the speeds you will get.

Thank you for the information, johnmariella. We definitely want to make sure we help find out what's going on. If you reduce the number of devices is there a change? If you reposition the device does service improve? http://spr.ly/6603RdpmF

Relocating does not bring service back to where it once was. Number of devices has no affect either. The 5G signal is no longer what it was, in fact almost non existent.

We appreciate your efforts and hope to get this turned around. Is the location currently optimized? If you reduce the number of devices is there a change?

Same spot last 6 months. Worked fine until recently. Now no 5G.
