I recently rejoined Verizon after several years on another carrier...I cannot believe how slow their network is. I would have thought many improvements would be made over that period of time, but things seem like they're going backward. 5G internet? Ha! Yea right, this thing won't even connect practically outside of my window. T-Mobile has the fastest 5G internet I had ever seen, but it was not compatible with my employer's VPN that I use when I work from home on occasion. Luckily it's only been a few days and I can continue my internet service with Spectrum. The 5G Internet Verizon offer is really really bad. Why claim it's 5G when it's not even 3G? Heck, I bet dial up was faster..at least I could get webpages to load back then.
We never want to see you have slow speeds. Let's look into this together. When did this start? What speeds are you seeing? -Joe
