NEED HELP! I purchased the 5G LTE Home Internet. At the time of purchase there was a promotion to receive an Xbox S One. I never received the email for promotion. Long story short is that I spoke to over 20+ agents and several supervisors. I have emails and copies of chats promising me that I will receive an Xbox. It is now been a YEAR LATER and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I still haven't received an Xbox and I have numerous copies of emails promising me an Xbox and even to upgrade to an Xbox Series X. Every time I spoke to an agent or supervisor from many different departments, no one knew what to do. I would get transferred at least more than 4 times per call and still no resolutions. I would get excuse after excuse. Verizon Customer Service is horrible. Numerous times I had Supervisors and Agents either drop calls on me and never call back or stop chatting with me on live chats. I been nothing, but professional and as polite as possible considering the circumstances. I need help to push this up. Does anyone know of an email or contact information so I can elevate this issue? Im tired of talking to Customer Service and Supervisors just to receive empty promises.
