5G Promo never received

I ordered 5G home internet on 2/13/24. I have been active for 65 days  and should be eligible for the $200 target gift card and the Nintendo switch. However I haven’t received any notification and can’t find any way to redeem them on MyVerizon. It looks like many people have this issue. Hoping to find some resolution this frustrating process

Same issue, but I got half, I got the Nintendo switch in the mail but still haven’t received the target gift card I chose and it’s been well over 48 hours, Verizon does have great costumer service though, so hopefully everything will work out.

I am having the exact same issue.   Purchased the 5g home plus 2 weeks ago and never received any information or link.    Called customer service and got no where.
