Hello.
I cancelled my 5G home internet service on March 2nd, and was told Verizon would ship a return kit. I received an email saying I should have gotten the return kit, but have not.
I have called in to customer service twice:
On March 11th - I was disconnected an hour into the call, and the rep was unable to help me.
On March 12th (today) - The CS rep says that they are shipping a return kit, but gave me a tracking number for a package *that has already been delivered to a different zip code*. When I asked about this, the rep seemed very confused. I am not confident the return kit has been sent to the correct address.
Is there someone here who can help me confirm that I will be receiving a return kit and provide the correct tracking number?

Hi. I responded to customer support on this website last Friday, and they said I should have received the return kit in 3-5 days. It's been 6 days and still no sign of it.
Please help me, I am seriously at my wit's end with this.
