I swear I knocked on every door before coming here to let my frustration out. Me out of kindness let the saleswomen at my door talk me into trying 5G home internet. She claimed try it for 30 days and cancel it with no charges if you don’t like it. Well it did not work out and I canceled within 2 weeks. Week after week they sent me $99.99 bill. I called them again and again to get it knocked off. They straight up said no. I have never missed a bill in my entire life. I messaged Verizon CEO, hoping someone would answer to my frustrations. NOTHING! I will never let a single family or friend or any of my business ever come close to Verizon. In fact, had my version business internet cancelled over this. I hope someone sees this and they know that your company hustled me out of $100 in this struggling economy.
