Just installed 5G home internet and the router is blocking services from my work laptop from my employer such as teams. This does not happen when I use hotspot from my phone or my old ISP only when connected to the ARC-XC155AX router. Any help would be appreciated

Issue is now resolved
The reason for the problem was my system's security did not trust the network, so I set the ipv4 and ipv6 security settings on the 5G home router to the highest and then it trusted the network and worked properly.
I resolved this problem myself, there were a few people I talked to at Verizon support that tried to help, but a few that blew me off saying it's your problem that couldn't possibly happen, the last person I talked to was particularly of the mind it's not our problem we are smarter. None of them walked through router settings or tried to really logic through the problem.
Keep in mind I do appreciate the support of those who did try to assist, I understand this was not a usual problem.

We are sorry to read that you've been having issues with your home internet, as someone who depends on their connection on a daily basis, I know how important it is to stay connected. Could you clarify on what you mean by blocking the service? Are you getting an error message that says the app is blocked? Besides Teams, are any other websites or apps having issues?

Teams is giving Error CAA7000a and 0xCAA82EE2, the others no error just not working. Had the router replaced but same result. Outlook just gives me a red x on the icon.

Thank you for those details, Mike_V. You mentioned that the issue persists when using your work computer. Is this the only device that you are experiencing this issue with? Are you able to try to access your email using the 5G Home connection and another device?

My other devices work fine. My work computer works fine I'm my old isp (still active). When I Hotspot from my phone 4g and Hotspot from my tablet 5g it works fine. It only happens when connected to the 5g home router ARC-XCI55AX.
Thanks

I completely understand wanting to reach a resolution on this Mike, as being able to rely on your connection at home is crucial.
It is possible that your workplace is not permitting those apps to work via 5G, but we would like to work on determining what we can. At this time I recommend reaching out for real-time support in order to troubleshoot the connection and see if we can locate a root cause for those apps being inhibited: https://www.verizon.com/support/contact-us/
