5G home internet out

My 5G went out yesterday.  The white light was still solid. I was told by a technician that “

I have checked the details for you and found that we are currently improving the services in your area, which is causing fluctuations in the home internet services. But don't worry, I have some great news for you. As a valued customer, I can offer you a jetpack. The price for a jetpack is the same, and you can add it until 5G home internet services are available again in your area. In the meantime, you can add the jetpack to your account and remove the home internet.”.  That is a direct quote.  The jetpack I picked up can’t do the job for me.   This is awful by Verizon.  All of a sudden they do this??    And I can’t even get help asap.  It’s over and over the same thing, reconnecting and trouble shooting.  No one I talk to understands what I’m saying.   Good lord someone that knows what they are doing from Verizon reach out to me and talk to me if you want to keep me as a customer!!!!!
