I cancel my 5G Home internet 3 months ago and now there is a 200 dollars charge for not returning the router .I have been going thru customer service many times and they promise a return kit that never arrives also they can’t provide a address for the return .Store employees are useless . I am canceling all my services after 16 years no more of this
