Month number 4 still can’t get a return kit or even an address or return number the send back router . I’have been in contact with social media reps and the answers are resending kit to return or taking it to UPS without a label o return number which is impossible according to UPS attendant. I just gave up and will be paying the device and close my phone service with the most incompetent and greedy company Verizon after 26 years good job
