Instead of add-on. Can Verizon deliver a consistent 5g home Internet Download speed through out the day?
My download drops from 300 mbps to 20 mbps and back to 300mbps each day. 5pm-11pm is the slow down time. Feels like throttling.

5-11PM is the peak usage hours time frame, and is when things can get congested. Not throttling at all. Congestion can happen on any network, although wireless network are particularly prone to it when too many people are demanding bandwidth from it.

Issue occurred for 6+ months. Escalated 4x. No resolution each time. No real improvement. Tempe AZ area. 85284. For example, DL speed dropped below 10mbps tonight. This morning was 300.

Update again. Verizon tech support was unable to resolve the issue of Internet DL speed slow down in the evening. This is in the 85284 zip code residential area in Tempe AZ.
Tech support was not able to perform test afte 5pm pacific time because they get off work at 8pm EST.
ticket was closed once again without resolution.
