I have tried several times to get a resolution on redeeming the promotional items offered by Verizon but to no avail. When I signed up for their home internet service on January 2nd I received the success email letting me know I qualified for an Xbox Series X and a choice of a $200 Amazon Gift Card or an Amazon Echo and would get more information once the service was activated. I activated it on January 4th and have not received any other emails or information on receiving those items. In talking with agents on the phone and live agents in the app, they tell me they have submitted forms and it should be resolved and to have a nice day, but I have yet to receive the follow up emails they tell me I should be getting. My big concern is the email stated I only have 60 days to redeem these items and it sounds like Verizon is just trying to run out the clock. This post is yet another attempt at getting this resolved as I see that I'm not the only frustrated customer on these forums. Why is this so hard?
