5g Internet disconnects constantly

I decided to give the Verizon 5g a shot over the summer. At first it was working OK.
Then, it got to a point where multiple times a day I have to unplug it and reboot the router for it to connect.
Add to that, it wouldn't let me redeem the gift card reward in the app, and I have called in multiple times trying to redeem this reward, which was the deciding factor in me giving this internet a chance. Each time they say "the last person didn't do it right, we will fix it for you" and then I get an email saying it is sending the reward, and if I don't receive it by a certain day to hit the button to resend it.
When I do that, it gives me an error saying I have to call customer service.
I've been on the phone for almost 2 hours today and still no resolution.
The service is BAD,, both internet and customer. I'm about ready to go back to AT&T. They may be pricier but at least they make me feel valued as a customer.

I have to reset mine multiple times a day as well. Typically 4-5. Right now Iโm not at home and can see itโs not working in the app, which means my cameras are off and my mother-in-law canโt watch anything.
