I have been patiently waiting for my security deposit back. I've turned in equipment I received email that verizon has received it. I paid my final bill And when I log on to my verizon account I see that I have a credit.  A credit which should have been sent back to my bank account.  I've spoken to numerous customer service representative,  numerous supervisors which I've been hung up on transfered around to different departments where i have to explain myself overs and overs. I've gotten no consent answers from the supervisors or reps I get different answers from different people.  I've had to end my service because I was lied to and was told I would have service in my new address.  And come to find out i don't.  Please make this right give me what's mine. I've missed work wasted my time. Customer service representative don't care about the customers.  I hate the way I've been treated.  I work customer service and this is not how I treat my customers.  You didn't wait for me to pay for service why the heck should I have to wait for my refund.

Yes I still need help no one has resolved this problem. 

I'm going to call me local news reporter about my situation and others situation. How Verizon doesn't value the customers time and patience. If this isn't resolved by Friday. Verizon will be on the news
