I was told by  home techs and customers service. To cancel my home internet cause they can't seem to fix it. It was working  good before the update .  I was getting good speed now I'm getting close to nothing and they saying that's ok no it's not when I'm paying the higher plan  they got . I'm going to just pay the phone off . And  move to another company . How Verizon  have people. That can't fix a thing  and when they can't they tell you to cancel

I don't know what to do they sending a tech out today the third one this week.  I Even took the receiver. How about where I parked the car. S I didn't want the party to end

Sorry this Verizon app acting up mistype. Nobody's trying to help they just tell me to cancel even the tech. I took the receiver outside. Need a car everywhere outside. Nothing but my neighbor's okay. They have Verizon. They sending out the third tech  this week and I know for a fact they ain't going to do nothing. They just going to say it's the Tower or something.
