I've spent hours on the phone with Verizon telling me they never received my 5g home internet modem because it was sent to Whiteland Indiana instead of the Verizon Warehouse in Plainworth Texas. They told me to call UPS and I cannot get through to anyone there. I've been charged 213$ for what is not my fault. How do I receive a refund?

Same exact problem , now theyโ€™re telling me Iโ€™m out luck !!!!!! They said it may have been shipped to the wrong address!!! And  to take it UPSโ€ฆ  theyโ€™re charging me 200 for the modem , itโ€™s their own return shipping label that they sent me ,and now I see others have the same issue !! Thatโ€™s crazy and  sad
