ACP Ended but Verizon states Verizon Foward Discount will remain. However it has been removed. How do I get discount back? I am a Verizon 5g Home Internet customer. I have chatted online several times with agents and called the customer phone number and talked to an agent. Noone understands that the Verizon Foward discount was supposed to remain on our bill even thought ACP was removed. My invoice went from $20 to $80! Which I cant afford. There is something in Verizon's system that did not put the Verizon Foward discount back on. Agents told me to check my status or reapply and they send me the link and I am told each time I am allready enrolled and already receiving the disocount BUT I am not receiving the discount. Please provide information on how to get the discount reapplied to my account.
