ACP users being charged for 2 months.

Verizon's decision to charge full rates for 2 months to ACP users is unfair. They should have been transparent about this policy from the start. If I had known, I would have chosen a different provider.
Unfortunately, the ACP form on Verizon's website is not functioning properly, forcing consumers to speak to a representative. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience.
