You are not giving me my ACP discount. Are you going to adjust my account by $30 for the months you didn't use my ACP discount. $20 ACP discount and $10 automatic payment. For some reason you tried to get a payment due on the 1st, a few days early and the payme nt didnt go through because it was requested before the due date. ACP said the money was in my account but Verizon didn't claim. ACP told me ACP accounts are closed if the funds have been used. I've had to reapply 3 times since I've used your internet service because Verizon made my ACP account close by not taking the available funds
