ASK-NCQ1338 Firmware Update LTE

Hi,
I am running a ASK-NCQ1338 on LTE network. I have to use a VPN for work. The VPN will connect and will allow telnet and RDP but will not allow me to connect to databases and sites behind my firewall.
I would like to see if I can get the latest firmware to see if that resolves the problem.
I am running 3.2.0.21, but would like the latest pushed to my device.
Alternatively, if there is an answer to help with VPN that would be great.

I've asked as well multiple times -no luck. Still on 3.2.0.1
