I just started this service a few weeks ago and the gateway randomly shuts off and reboots daily.The solid white light go blank sometimes for a minute or two and reboots(flashing white light) and signal reconnects.Does anyone have a fix for this issue or should i just cancel the service and find a new ISP? This service is useless with this issue.

I chatted with verizion support and they identified my issue is with the gateway and are sending me a replacement.I do see that it is a different model gateway from the original one.Hope this fixes it.Support said software update on original unit is causing the random drops.Hope this it the fix otherwise i will be canceling this service .I will update this post with my results.
