I can't get the router to update DDNS.
[ I have 5G home internet, modem is ASK-NCQ1338. Modem firmware 231451, router firmware 3.2.0.21. ]
I have multiple DDNS entries configured under the router, one for each of the DDNS provider. I even included a bogus entry as a negative test case. I then manually changed all of my DDNS entries for all providers to random ip addresses, so that any update will be visible right way. Alas, no updates happened to any of of them over a period of multiple days. Rebooting the ASK-NCQ1338 didn't make any difference either. Within these a few days, Verizon already changed my WAN ip more than once. If this change of ip doesn't trigger DDNS updates, chances are nothing will.
Under the admin web interface, the status and last update fields of the DDNS page remain blanks. If any DDNS functions have been carried out I'd expect these fields to be populated. At a very minimum, there should be some error messages under the bogus entry. Unfortunately there are none.

Yeah, as you obviously see the 3.2.0.21 upgrade borked the DDNS.
There is a new version listed on the Verizon site for the ASK-NCQ1338, 3.3.0.3, that I hope will fix the DDNS issue as I did report it months ago:
https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-internet-gateway-ask-ncq1338fa-update/
However, there is no way to manually initiate a software update if running 3.2.0.21 that I can find so I don't know if it really did fix the issue.
