ASK-NCQ1338FA 5G Internet Gateway Router - Factory Reset On It's Own

My Verizon Internet Gateway (5G - white cube) with an SKU of ASK-NCQ1338FA has started to reset itself to factory default about once a day.

It's running firmware version 222656 (and it says, after failing once, that the firmware is up to date).

I've saved a backup file and can restore it when it does this, but it's getting to be quite a hassle.

It started a month or so ago with resets about once every week or so, but has increased to the point where it's happened the last three days in a row.

Is anybody else seeing this behavior?

Thanks!

Mine just started the similar behavior this week, any fixes updates to your problem?

Mine has been doing this for the last week.  I fixed everything and then a couple days later, everything is back to the factory settings.  Now my thermostat is off line and my ring cameras.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience you have been experiencing. Have you tried to reset the home internet to see if this helps? Have you done any additional troubleshooting steps besides the factory settings? Did you do a factory reset on the device?

I have done a hard reset on the router twice now.  I didn't think that I did it correctly the first time, so I did it twice in 2 days.  Before I did the reset, it then started to disconnect from the devices or from the internet.  I chatted with someone and they said I would be getting another router, but no idea when that will be because I didn't get a confirmation email or text.
