I lost my password for the admin network to get in my router I changed the password with my own not the one that was on the box. Now I’m seeing that they want you to reset it I’m also wondering this will effect  all the devices I have is there a way Verizon can just reset the password without me resetting the whole router? That’s kinda  messed up if I have to reset everything all my devices which is to many to count have to be reseted as well .

We're sorry to read that you have forgotten your password. You would need to reset the router. This will cause the router to go back to its factory settings, including the network name and network password. Once you have access to the router, you can set up the same network name and password and all devices should reconnect to the network. ~Peter
