Recently, I switched home internet service to Verizon (at great expenses!) but have not been able to order my Amazon $200.00 gift card so i guess I'm joining the thousands of other customers that were told they would get the gift card or the Echo. I have not received an email and it's not anywhere on my Verizon to click on. Please help resolve! I've tried everything!
