About four weeks ago, an agent told me that the Verizon gift card would be sent by email soon and that the Amazon gift card would also arrive shortly. However, I still haven’t received either of them.
The Amazon gift card has been pending since September 25, and another agent said they would follow up on that. The Verizon gift card was also supposed to arrive soon, but I haven’t received any update yet.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
