It's a DNS server issue. I did a trial account on apollogroup to troubleshoot.

If I update my DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) the site and streams work properly.

If I use the Verizon DNS servers - it's unable to resolve the tvnow.best redirector (for example, one is 212-102-40-171.servers.party)

I use IP passthrough, so I'm unable to tell you exactly where to update the DNS servers on the Verizon router - I'm unable to. The other option you can use is do an advanced wireless connection on your fire stick (Take a picture of your current IP/subnet, etc.) and then delete the wireless connection, create an advanced one with the information from the picture and the above DNS servers and that should resolve your issue.

This doesn't tell us anything.

Are you referring to apollogroup.tv ?

How are you watching? Android? Ipad? etc?

Are you able to download the M3U file? And just streams do not load?

I would take one of the channels in the M3U file and load it into a website or on a PC if you have that available. You can also do a "tracert" of the domain name (the thing between the slashes with the .'s , like  tvnow.best)

Totally legit website...lol
