Month number 4 still can’t get a return kit or even an address or return number the send back the router. I’have been in contact with social media reps and the answers are resending the return kit or taking it to UPS without a label o return number which is impossible according to UPS attendant. I just gave up and will be paying the device and close my phone service with the most incompetent and greedy company Verizon after 16 years good job
