Can someone give me a phone number to speak to a customer service representative in America?
in the past month or two I spent over a dozen hours on the phone with people that cannot help me and they don’t seem to have a good grasp of the English language and I’m going around in circles and online Help is a joke so far

Nobody at Verizon seems to understand a word I’m saying. all I wanna do is speak to an American in America and not some one in India. Even online customer service is worthless. I literally spent 45 minutes with someone that didn’t understand a word I was saying.Even the customer service representative that contacted me here seem to be clueless when it comes to anything I ask so I’m extremely frustrated at this point
I have the back up Internet plan, which is seven 24hr sessions a month, once a session ends my Internet access is supposed to end until I initiate another session but for some reason, Verizon is giving me unlimited Intenet Access Without having to initiate a session or to even use a password.
My last Internet backup session ended on May 6, but for some reason, I’m still able to connect to the Internet without having to initiate a new session. Since I’m on the backup plan, I’m supposed to be restricted.
I’m trying to be the honest person here and tell Verizon that they are giving me more than what I’m paying for.

I would put a letter in writing (send it certified) that the behavior of the service is not as advertised, and that you have made every reasonable attempt (and beyond) to alert them to their service delivery issue.
This should provide you the legal protection you need, and allow you to stop investing so much of your time trying to help a company that is obviously not able to assist in solving their service delivery issue effectively.
I share this as someone who also has a conscience and wouldn't trust a company to bill me correctly if they're failing to deliver their service as advertised, and failing to even understand they are doing it. Verizon made the choice to use offshore BPO services (a.k.a., call centers).
You're their customer.

I understand the frustration! We want to make sure you are only charged for the internet plan you are paying for and no more. So we can better assist you here. Do you have Verizon wireless or Verizon Fios Internet?
