Becoming a Verizon Home Internet customer has been a not so good experience. One day, I received a very heavy package with my name on it, asked my wife if she was waiting for such things, she had no idea. Surprisingly it was a JBL SoundBar from Verizon!!! The worst part is, this cost $999.99, for any reason I would never put such amount money in a speaker. I used the return slip and took it to the nearest UPS office and kept my receipt. Over 2 months, I called about 3 times because my bill is still showing an amount of $1374.66 as of October 13, 2025 (12:04 PM EST) after 3 months of service that I have regularly paid.
Because of their mistake, from July to now, my service has been suspended twice and actually, scheduled to be suspended AGAIN, on October 19 because of a $999.99 JBL SoundBar that I have never requested and had returned plus $374.67 from July 11 to now.
I AM SO TIRED OF YOUR BILLING SERVICE, I just spoke with an agent who advised me to call back on November 10 to ask for the cancellation of service but I am not sure I will be able to wait.

I'm very disappointed by your Billing Service.
Does a bill of $1159.66 (as of November 5, 2025) seem logical for a customer who just started in July 2025.
The amount that I was billed for the SoundBar is still showing up on my bill even though I've already returned it via UPS and provided all the necessary information.
this month will be my last because I am tired of this level of service.
