Not every web site does this, but often, when I want to interact with certain web sites (PBS is one) the web sites think that I am somewhere in Arizona! Even if I sign in with my user name and password, the browser wants to take me to a version for that place, and not my own, which is in El Paso, Texas. Why is this?
