Ever since switching to Verizon internet, I haven't been able to connect my Govee Smart LED Light Bulbs to the wifi/network. They are 2.4ghz only, so I disabled band steering and set up separate 2.4 and 5.0 networks, but I still can't connect. I've checked all the correct settings on my phone, restarted the router, restarted my phone, restarted the lightbulbs...nothing.. I know someone else last year had a similar issue and I would like to know what I can do to fix the issue and if their is any way to resolve this!

Hello @strawhatlad
Based on your response, the WiFi seems to be working. Please check your home internet connections, by turning off your equipment and back on.
If the WiFi works but the Govee fails to connect to the WiFi, please visit the Govee Support article: Why does this bulb fail to connect to my WiFi?

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems connecting your light bulbs. We want to make sure that you're able to connect every device. Are you having problems connecting anything else to your 5G Home Internet?
