I am stuck out of my account. I don’t remember my username or password. I don’t have my phone through Verizon only internet. If I try to login online it sends me to the app, but then when I submit the reset the app screen just goes blank and sends me back to the beginning.
i can’t speak to an actual customer service person and I’m completely locked out. Verizon really needs to fix this.

Have you tried to reset your password here: https://secure.verizon.com/account/forgot-password/start?ffintercept=Y? You mentioned you have an Internet only account. Are you using wireless LTE/5G Home Internet or residential/FiOS?
