I received an email to redeem the $200 Amazon gift card for switching my internet I got an error message now the tile is gone in my account. Called customer service got hung up on and yelled at by a supervisor that didn't have adequate training. Kinda seems like Verizon is fooling people by promising promotions that you will never receive to get business .probably gonna cancel my internet
