Cannot get 5G connection

My CR200A Router no longer connects to the 5G network. The support group says they have created a ticket with the Network Group but I haven't heard anything in a couple of days? Can I get an update on the proposed time to get my connection back up to speed? Extremely difficult to work on the slower speeds of 4G.

Most of the helpful people here cannot look up tickets. If it's more than a couple days I suspect placement. If I were you, I'd temporarily place the router outside, closest to the tower, and see if it'll get a 5G signal then. Then you've verified it's placement.

I'm having the same problem. My service was ok, then two weeks ago it dropped to 5-20 mbps. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support, no resolution. Apparently, it is a tower issue. The modem connects to the tower through a node that is achored to the tower. For some, unknown to everyone on earth, reason the node will come un-anchored, therefore not allowing connections that were fine before. Super frustrating. I can find info online, but not from Verizon. Just going to have to switch services. Again

I'm not connecting to 5g anymore, it's just one bar of LTE. It was working just fine with 5g until Aug 5
